absent: Roy Kruger & ExO. Tim Burton. Excused: Aaron Miller Active duty, Mid East & Carrie Dinsmore.

REPORT by Jerry B. on activities & projects. (some ADDED info also)

1. Attended three “NON-profit” meetings: a) Rochester Foundation noted that EACH Board member SHOULD accept A specific committee responsibility and report on activity. b) Annual Workshop of “legalities” with four lawyers. C) At Hamlin U. attended one of two days for regional producers and “access directors”. (only paid travel)
2. Noting LOW check balance of $95. MUST HAVE a member who will concentrate on “FUND DONATIONS”. PLEASE, WHO WILL be responsible? I will share my material, lists, & etc.
3. Review of the NETWORK Relations with our “play city” Directors is great, positive comments. (see poster in last “ON-LINE” and Other states enclosed)
4. Appreciation to those who do “ON-LINE” NEWS. I GIVE TO Carrie (who shares with Tony for website) who e-mails to Karen who types for e-mails and printed by Olmsted Co. and Karen’s address list to Tim to correlate and label. (OK and I do the writing.)
5. Appreciation to Tony Lee, Richfield who Updates our web monthly and makes it look really great. Check it out. We get lots of “hits” and directors are emailing from Calif., Florida, NY, and MA (recently). Naturally I tell them that acceptance from THEIR CVSO and veteran’s posts for support is required for continuation.

July 15th is the end date for the Finance and List of Board members for ’04 and the $25 check. It just made it to the Att. General’s Office.

Please, DO PLAN TO ATTEND THE FALL “review” Meeting Oct. 22nd, 7 PM.
